Our house has been restored with care as we would for our own home.We want to offer you the French way of life in an authentic hamlet where a few farms are still in activity.We used to be walnut growers,now my English skills help me do my best to welcome you in our lovely Périgord. 
Downstairs,the main room with its fully equipped open plan kitchen,comfortable sofas and armchairs,localstyle furniture,exposed beams,overlooks a large covered terrace,a closed garden and the safely fenced pool(10x5),with a nice view around and total privacy.Next to it,a double room(queen size),ensuite shower room,with independent toilets. 
Upstairs,oakstairs lead to a spacious corridor and 3 bedrooms:1 double,1 twin bedded witha cot,1 three bedded,a bathroom,toilets.Reading corner with indoor games and plenty of English books for kids and teenagers.All rooms have exposed beams and tiled floors,and are furnished with localstyle comfortably equipped beds 
large parking for 2 or 3 cars,a very sunny pool terrace with sunbeds next to the covered terrace.

For your convenience,the free broadband access is a Wifi spot,with a connection available inside or outside. Built in vacuumcleaning,plug adaptators,hairdryer provided. 2 covered BBQs:charcoal and electric plancha. 2 cots available:for under 5s(60x140) and a foldable one for babies(60x120).Bedlinen provided free.Baby equipment(high chair,bath..)available on request. Plenty of information in English about the area is available.So are basic non perishable items as well as a welcome kit(a saver in case of late arrival!)Local supermarket is open until 7pm and Sunday mornings(5 mn drive). Salt water pool with a safe gate,swings, outdoor games(skittles,dwarts,badminton),water games. Covered terrace is a first class eating place any time.

Plenty of footpaths and walking trails around,the village is surrounded by thousands of walnut trees(walnut festival in August) 
Most touristic sites(natural caves and prehistoric sites,castles and quaint villages)are within 30-60 mn drive.
