You will find Résidence La Roseraie set in the wooded hills of northern Périgord Noir, just 8 km from Hautefort Castle.

We propose one Cottage: Lou Nouzier and two luxury villas: Villa Rosa and La Truffière. The cottage and the villas are situated on our 2,4 ha of hillside and have lovely panoramic views of the surrounding valley (Vallée d'Auvézère). They are respectfully situated to ensure the privacy of all guests.

- Each booking demand is binding. The availability will be confirmed by email.
- An advance payment of 25% of the total rent must be paid within two weeks after booking.
- The remaining balance has to be paid no later than 4 weeks before the beginning of the rental period.
- If the booking is made less than 4 weeks before the start of the rental period, full payment must be paid at the time of booking.
- We do not charge booking or administration fees. Possible bank charges will be calculated to the tenant.
- Cleaning costs: Obliged fee of 45 € per stay.
- Electricity: except for very high season, there is a supplement for electricity costs (according to meter).
- A Guarantee sum of 200 € will be asked for at arrival.
