In the triangle formed by the Dordogne, Charente and Limousine regions of Southwest France lies the friendly village of Busserolles. Three hundred meters from the pleasant village square, you’ll find “La Maillerie”, a 3-hectare country site with a 17th century water mill, restored into three spacious, tastefully decorated and fully-equipped Gîtes. 
 
Take your freshly-brewed morning coffee out to the private terrace and plan your day while listening to the music of the waters. Breathe in the tranquility which surrounds you in the deep green of the aptly named Perigord Vert. 
 
The expansive property also boasts a spacious swimming pool, a cascade and stream through the fields, a vegetable garden and several scattered sport and playgrounds, as well as a forest with hiking trails and clearings in which to gather your thoughts or enjoy a picnic lunch.

    The prices are based on/inclusive: - Letting per week. (You are welcome from Saturday 3:00 pm till the next Saturday 10:00 am ) - Sets of bed linens and towels. - Use of sport/game facilities outside. - Use of contents of the facility room (library, iron, ironing board, child & adult games). - Electricity and gas during stay. - Free internet access at main house@La Maillerie. (in some locations on property WI-FI) Cancellations are to be in writing by the person who made the booking. The following cancellation charges will be applied: Cancellation within the preceding period of the holiday date
