The kitchen with large family table overlooking river Contains a 2nd woodburner oven stove micro-oven and dishwasher. It is stocked to a high standard with crockery and utensils for 8 guests

1 bedroom with bunk-bed lower section sleeps 2

    • There is a large sunny terrace with dining aea, perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine. It has a small fountain and mobile barbecue with various loungers and chairs around the garden Visitors loce to explore the grounds and woodland, which in the spring is covered with wild flowers. The river is ideal for fishing (two rods supplied) Their is a small boat and a ageing canoe (you are welcome to bring your own canoes dingies and bicycles. There is a tree-house hide away quite high in the trees. The river attracts dragonflies numerous birds and butterflies The are two smaller islands whih are are wild and a main one which is grassed for re-laxing and enjoying the ambiance or for a leisurely game of croquet or petanque. There are spaces at the front of the property for several cars. All of our grand children have stayed as babies but parents of very young children may wish to discuss the suitability with us Information box at mill

    • The mill is situated in the heart of Bastide country, beautiful medival fortified towns surrourrounded by vineyards, plum orchards, fields of sunflowers, crops and woodland. The area is famous for it's wine and it's cuisine and is wonderful for walking, swimming in the lakes and eating al fresco. 
     
    Each town has a weekly market and ind in summer many medieval spectales. The area is rich in wildlife with rwd suirrels, foxes, birds and butterflies. The area has a remarkable history and the architecture of surrounding chateaux's hamlets and bastide towns is stunning. 
    Visits to the bastide towns are amust where caves brocanttes crafts and local produce can be found 
    Canoes and bikes can be hired at Eymet Tourist office and organized trips can be booked. There is als an internet cafe 
    Swimming at Lougratte lake has pedalos wind-surfing and a small beach Nearby are good tennis courts excellent golf courses and fishing on many rivers
