Two stone gites offering self catering accomadation set in the grounds of a impressive Maison de Maitre.
La grange a 3 bedroom property and Chene Vert a one bedroom appartment with having the addition of a sofa bed to accomadate for up to 4 people.

Each gite having its own private courtyard gardens with bbq and outside seating perfect for al fresco dining. Esay access to mature gardens and above ground pool.

The entire area is fenced and gated so makes for a safe enviroment for children to play.

La grange also benefits from having secure off road parking.

Situated just 200 meters away from the medieval town square of Eymet near Bergerac.
Eymet has a wealth of impresssieve resturants of cafe,bars and shops.

Also ideally positioned as a good touring base for south west france and its chateaux and many vineyards.

Pricing refers to La grange 3 bedroom gite please enquire for Chene Vert rates. 20% deposit required within 7 days.we cannot undertake provisional bookings beyond this period. Full payment due 6 weeks before arrival
If booking within 6 weeks of the holiday start date the full amount should be enclosed. outside high season,short breaks /long weekends may be avalible please ask for prices.
Cancellations. Should you need to cancel for any reason the following charges will be payable.The charges are based on the cost of the basic holiday(not including additional services) .More than 42 days - 20% .42 days or less- 50%
A refundable security deposit of £200 payable infull 6 weeks before arrival.Wr reserve the right to charge for any costs relating to the gite being left dirty,any breakagesor damage to material structure of the property(gite&pool). Heating is not included & is payable on departure.
Cleaning service 50 euros.
