Tout Les Monde, one of three cottages created from old farm buildings set around a central courtyard, consists of an open plan living area with a fully fitted modern kitchen with all modern conveniences. One wall is a large patio door which opens onto a very large covered terrace with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.
The stairs to the upper floor are just inside the main door and lead to 4 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms. At the top of the stairs is a single bedroom with built-in wardrobe with the smaller of the shower rooms opposit. Along the corridor is a large bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobe. The second double bedroom has two single beds and the 4th bedroom has a set of bunk beds.
Across the courtyard is a large heated swimming pool built within the walls of another barn with a shaded sitting area and a large patio for sunbating. The pool is entered through a self closing gate which cannot be opened by children under the age of 7 years.
The cottages are set in 24 acres of private estate of meadow and wood land with a selection of fruit and walnut trees, the fruit of which is available in season

The river Dropt runs just over the road from the cottages and fishing is allowed in the river. A licence to fish can be purchased at the local garage. There is also horse riding available nearby with the opportunity to visit many of the local vineyards and taste the local wine, or explore the many interesting chateax and bastide towns nearby.

There are a number of activities provided on site including, table tennis, giant chess, tennis, and badmington. The fields are available for the playing of ball games such as football and cricket. One of the fields has been used by guests for the flying of model aircraft.

High Season Price : £890 per Week

A cheque for the deposit of 25% should be sent with the booking form and the cheque for the balance should be sent 8 weeks before the start date of your booking.
A security deposit of 15% should be send in a seperate cheque with the cheque for the balance, this cheque will not be cashed but held until the end of your stay when it will be returned to you provided that there has not been any damage or breakages.
