the estate is situated on a hill surronded by 75 hectares, the park and terrace are about 4 hectares. there are no house arround, the nearby neighbouring is at 15 minutes walk. there are three houses, the main one is the "chartreuse" with a sitting room, a dining room, three bedrooms, a library, two bathrooms and a kitchen.It's suitable for 6 people. The house opposite is for 4 people with a sitting room, two bedrooms, a kichen,one bathroom and wc. further up there is a house which provide occupancy for 6 people, with 3 bedrooms, a sitting, a kichen-diningroom, 2 bathroms and wc. all linen, towels etc.. are provided.
the swimming pool is 60 metres apart from the main house in order to keep its own privacy.
the garderner comes twice a week for intertaining garden and swimming pool. the maid comes twice a week also,towels and sheets are changed every week;we provide with beach towels if you don't have any.

Biking, Boating, Cinema, Golf, Night Club, Restaurant, Shopping

the golf clubs are at Vitrac( nearest) and Siorac. you can go canoeing by the dordogne, hire a bike as well.
the restaurants are in Saint Martial (very good), in Daglan, Laroque-gageac, Sarlat etc... meanwhile, the first 3 villages have the best restaurants.
Cinema is at Sarlat. Shopping for food at Cénac, otherwise at Sarlat.

a contrat is signed between the parties with a
deposit is 30% of the price of the total duration of hollyday ie two weeks: 30% x 8000 € = 2400 €.
If vacancy is cancelled the owner keeps the deposit as an indemnity.
Final payment is due 30 days before arrival.
time of arrival is 4 pm, time of departure is 10 am
