Vacation Rental Description
Set in the midst of the "Bastide" region of France, the house has magnificent views and wonderful sunsets. Whilst in the middle of beautiful countryside the house is not remote; having the towns of Beaumont, Villereal, Issegeac and Castelliones all within 10/15minutes of the house. The large town of Bergerac , with its new, busy airport is only 25mins. away.Here you can find anything you might require or just relax with a glass of local wine in the old town and drink in the character of the place. The area abounds in history and links to the 100years wars are to be found everywhere:especially in the great chateaux along the banks of the Dordogne river.
The local markets, and there is one ,nearby, for every day of the week,are a joy to behold . Crammed as they are with the wonderful fresh produce of the region as well as our excellent local wine.
The house is equipped to a high standard with the comfort of our guests in mind. There is a large sunny sitting room which has plenty of easy chairs and sofas. There's T.V. ,D.V.D, C.D./Radio, and lots of books, games etc.The kitchen/dining room is fully equipped for 10people and has all the mod.cons you might need.
The bright, cheerful bedrooms are supplied with linen and towels can be supplied , at an additional charge, on request.
The house is suitable for summer or winter lets and has a wood burning stove and central heating.
The pool is heated ,in summer and is large enough to enjoy swimming in . The separate paddling pool is enjoyed by all our young visitors.

There is so much going on in and around BERGERAC at this time of year that it would be a shame to miss out. It is so easy to get here with flights into and out of BERGERAC airport from many in the U.K. BERGERAC airport is only 20mins away from Les Frenes so why not try to come and visit us.

Deposits of 25% of the total cost of the holiday is taken with booking and is non-refundable. Balance is due 2months before the start of the holiday and a £100 damage deposit is taken at the same time. Payments may be made by U.K.cheque or by direct transfer to our bank account.
