Vacation Rental Description
Our manor is situated 15 Km from Bergerac. The property overlooks 10 000m2 of private gardens with the forest of its edge. It is located on a quiet hamlet on the top of little hill. Property Description:
Indoors
High standard of accommodation & equipment, lots of volume and openings to the gardens, refined decoration and furnishing.
On the main floor there are:
- an entrance hallway
- a spacious well equipped kitchen
- a big dinning room with fireplace and a terrace
- a spacious living room with TV, HI-FI and fireplace
- a foyer
- 3 double bedrooms
- 2 bathrooms, 2 WC
On the ground floor there are:
- an entrance hallway
- a spacious double bedroom with chimney
In addition to this, there is an independent cottage available for 1-2 persons in the garden close to the main floor of the manor with summer kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.
Outdoors
There is a small fenced garden in between the manor and the cottage.
The pool is fenced and measures 12m x 6m and is 2m deep with small bath for children. Furnished with 10 teak steamers.
A summer kitchen under the veranda is equip with gas and classic BBQ and a big table for 10 persons. It is ideal for outdoor dining with views of the sunset.
There is a ping-pong table, badminton court, sandbox and seesaw.
The manor is 14 Km far from Bergerac Airport and closed to several historical sites.
Very well known and excellent bakery just close near from our house.

The cost of electricity, water and gas for cooking is included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are provided and the beds are ready made up. Final cleaning: € 80. Pool, garden and grounds are maintained routinely. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required on booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival. There is also a security deposit of €800. Deposits and balances are payable by way of bank transfer to France. Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday. Arrivals are from 4.00pm, departures are by 10.00am.
