In the'Périgord noir',2 kilometers awway from the centre of the medieval village of Belvès,classified among the most beautiful villages in France,and within 25 kms of Sarlat: a picturesque house,15th-19th century,with a private swimming pool,in a large estate,with a private lane to the house.The house is detached,with a surface of 200 square meters,with a large sitting room with a fire place in use,a second one with a piano, 4 bedrooms,a huge garden,2 terraces,2 bathrooms with a bath, a washing machine,a dish washer,a barbecue,numerous games for the children,(a swing,a hut),cartoons,books,cards...). The place offers numerous possibilities for hiking and excursions.The shops are within walking distance(20 minutes'walk).The private swimming pool can be used from mid May to mid October. Very peaceful
