The house has been entirely refurbished, in order to provide high standard comfort. The restoration has been managed so that not only the local style, but also the material used preserves and enhances its history, while introducing all modern comfort. Plastered walls, apparent beams, poplar wood ceiling, chestnut tree wood floors in. The view has been granted the "Batiments de France" label - reward reserved to the best buildings in the country. It is located up a hill, in a 14 ha (35 acres) estate, which will offer you a peaceful stay in a picturesque environment. 
No automobile traffic around 
 
There is a swimming pool (13X5 m) in the property, a golf course (18 holes) five minutes away, tennis, horse-riding, canoeing possibilities in the neighbourhood 
 
The garden and pool are accessible to all, and there is a covered terrace (in our larger house) with view onto the valley, where to take delight in watching the sunset. Teak garden furniture also available. The house has heating for the cooler months. And the 3-foot thick walls keep the house cool in warmer weather. The owners live in the main building.  
 
la Vallée: Can sleep up to 8 people or 10 with extra bed room.  
 
- 4 bedrooms (double beds (king size) and twin beds possibly making a king size bed)  
 
- a large living room (42 m²) with fireplace, and kitchen (fully equipped : washing machine - dish washer, micro wave- regular oven – deep freezer…) 
 
- 3 bathrooms, two with toilets, one separate toilet, two with bathtub, one with shower tub  
 
- roofed terrace facing sun set 
 
 
L’Orient : 
 
- 2 bed rooms with their own ensuite bath room (one with bathtub the other with shower – both with toilets) – one bed room with queen size bed – one bed room with twin bed which can be gathered in a king size bed 
 
- living room with fire place and fully equipped kitchen : washing machine - dish washer, micro wave- regular oven – deep freezer… 
- private garden around an old walnut tree.

				High Season Price:	€1,650 per Week

To confirm a booking I usually ask my guests to make a deposit of 25 %. The balance is to be paid 45 days prior the stay. This price includes linen and towels and local taxes. In case of cancellation : - 4 months before: 10% of the price is due - 3 months before: 25% is due - 2 months before: 50% is due - 1 month before: total amount is due –if you wish to subscribe a cancellation insurance please let me know (this insurance can only be suscribed by guests with main residence in France - .Please contact your own local insurance company which surely have its own) To complete your payment, you can choose either of theses possibilities : - French check in Euro - credit card :You can pay with credit card through the net, it is possible for the deposit with paypal (i will send you a specific message) with an extra cost of 3,9 % - international transfer to our account - in GBP to our British account with an extra cost of 1,5%
