Air conditioning and heating, flat screen TV with worldwide TV & Radio stations, internet wifi access. Living-room with one sofa bed (140x190), opening onto the terrace with parasol and comfortable patio furniture and lighting. 
Three steps up from the living room is the open bedroom with 2 twin beds (80/160x200) looking out on the view! The bedroom can be closed off from the living room by colourful floor-to-ceiling fabric curtain. 
Modern bright fully equipped kitchen (stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, and espresso machine), includes a dining table with seating for 4. Highchair available upon request. 
Large shower room with Italian ceramics, hairdryer and a separate WC 
Linen and towels provided, iron and ironing board in each unit. 
Laundry with washing-machine and dryer on site.

Each apartment opens onto a large private deck that offers a panoramic view of the peaceful countryside, and is just a short walk (less than 5 min.) to shops, restaurants and services in the heart of the village.

    • The Périgord Noir is one of the most outstandingly beautiful regions of France. In the valleys of the Dordogne and Vezere rivers, close to Lascaux, Sarlat, Beynac, Monpazier and Domme, the Périgord Noir is a stunning blend of prehistoric caves hidden in tree-covered valleys, medieval castles dating from the 100 Year War and ancient farmhouses on quiet roads along meandering rivers and wooded hillsides. 
    The region is perfect walking/cycling country and a dream for fishermen and canoeists. Horseback riding, swimming-pool and tennis court all offered within the village. Golfing specials are available through our affiliation with the Lolivarie Golf Club (18 holes), and La Forge Golf Club (9 holes) in nearby Siorac. 
    Local markets where fresh foods and wines etc, can be sampled and enjoyed are the perfect place to stock up on the area’s gastronomic specialities.

    Bookings are made from Saturday 5:00pm to Saturday 10:00am Special arrangements can be made on request. Upon confirmation of a firm booking, we will require an initial deposit of 30% of the rental fee (payment by bank transfer in €, or credit card). The balance is payable upon arrival. A damage\security deposit of €500 will also be required on arrival. This will be returned (in full\part) within 10 days after the rental period. A rental contract must be signed. Short stays at special rates are available except during the high season (ask for availability and rates). Discounts are available for bookings of several weeks and for rental of both apartments Electricity included, extra charge: “taxe de séjour” 0,40€/pers/day Pets: on request only
