In order to confirm the booking, RED Group requires pre-payment of 40%, which can be made by credit card (VISA or MasterCard), via bank transfer or in cash. In case of foreign remittance a one-time bank fee of 6 EUR (90 EEK) shall be added. The remaining 60% is due on arrival. The pre-payment needs to be done within 48 hours of receipt of preliminary booking. After 48 hours, your dates will be offered to any other interested party and the dates secured on a first come first served basis. Pre-payment (less processing fee of 25 EUR per apartment and the bank fees) will be reimbursed in case the cancellation is made at least 14 (fourteen) days prior to arrival. High seasons are May 4 - Sept 13 2011 (minimum stay 3 nights); Dec 24 2011 - Jan 3 2012 (minimum stay 4 nights).
