Renovated: 1996. 2002 a new thatched roof. New bathroom 2008.  
Plot: approx. 2500 m2 nature plot with heather among other things.  
Beach: approx. 2000m from the house but it is possible to drive to the dunes. Then there is approx. 35m to the North Sea.  
Shopping: approx.1500m.  
 
Domestic animals are not allowed.  
 
Bedroom: 3 (2x2 beds and solarium. Upstairs: 1x1 double bed).  
Mattress: 6 spring mattresses.  
Bathroom: Toilet, hot and cold water, shower.  
Kitchen: Electric cooking stove, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine.  
Sitting room: Dining table with 8 chairs, 2x (sofa and armchairs), 2 tables, electric heaters, fireplace, radio and sat-colour TV.  
Miscellaneous: Deck chairs, garden furniture, sandpit, high chair / play table for a child, cot, grill.
