This is a beautiful modern flat in a new building in the wider center of Prague, Holesovice suburb.  
 
All the furniture and equipment is in the highest standard. High quality ALNO kitchen (stove, oven, exaust hood, refrigerator and freezer), modern furniture and washing machine as well. There is also a very nice balcony with many windows.  
 
There is a parking place in the basement of the building which is offered separately for 12 Euro/night or 120 Euro/month.  
 
This fast growing neighborhood offers everything you could need (shops, restaurants, theaters, clubs...). Two well-known music clubs are just a few step from the apartment; Music Club Mecca and Cross Club. If you are interested in classical music this area offers the famous Kriziks' fountain. There is a big market called Prazska Trznice which has been popular for a long time.  
 
One big advantage is a fast and easy connection to the historical center of Prague (within 15 minutes and frequently going even at night).  
 
This part of Prague is also famous for its abundance of green and parks. You can relax by the Vltava river, "Letenske sady" park or in the biggest park of Prague "Stromovka".

During Easter and New year top season the price is 79 Euro per night for 2 persons, extra person 19 Euro and minimum of stay 5 nights. The price includes all utilities and commissions.
