This delightful newly-built detached villa, situated in a quiet residential area with two others, sleeps 8 very comfortably. It is furnished to the highest standards with air-conditioning throughout and is perfect for a relaxing holiday for a group of family and/or friends.
Downstairs, there is a light and airy triple aspect lounge and dining room, with patio doors leading onto terraces at the front and back. There is ample comfortable lounge seating and coffee tables. The oval dining table seats eight and there is a matching wall unit (with games, books, DVDs, etc for guests to borrow). There is a TV, DVD and hi-fi system. The separate kitchen is very well-equipped with everything you could need - washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, microwave, water-cooler, etc. There is also a downstairs shower-room/wc.
Upstairs, there is one double bedroom with en suite shower/wc and balcony, three twin bedrooms (two with balconies) and a family bathroom. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and bedside tables with lamps.
Outside, there are extensive sunbathing terraces around the swimming pool, shared with the two neighbouring villas, and sun-loungers are provided. There is a private terrace with a patio table and 8 chairs, shaded by a gazebo.
