Other attractive features for keeping you cool in the heat of the Cyprus summer include air conditioning and the beautiful swimming pool surrounded by landscaped gardens.
It really is a wonderful experience sunbathing and enjoying the warm weather during the day or evening soaking up the atmosphere whilst enjoying a glass of wine on one of the terraces. . .
The winter months of December January and February provide the opportunity to Ski Snowboard and Sledge in the Troodos Mountains an hour away by Car, the Monastery there is well worth a visit and the air is fresh and pure.
Cyprus is now fast becoming a centre for quality golf courses within 45 minutes of the villa.

The villa is located just 5 minutes away from Coral Bay beach where there is safe swimming and sun bathing, water skiing, wind surfing, slide pedalos also there are local facilities including many bars and a large variety of restaurants. At the harbor in Paphos there is fishing and plenty of shopping, in the nearby area there is the opportunity of walking, horse riding, a sports centre, historic sites, a museum, more shopping areas, plenty of restaurants offering both local traditional dining and al la carte menus, large and smaller local supermarkets. Less then 45 minutes drive away and within easy reach of the villa you will find golf.
