I must say that myself and my party of five thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. I was very dubious about booking a private villa through a site that I hadn't heard of before, however, the owner was extremely professional and provided excellent customer service which I cannot fault.
The villa suited us perfectly. It was so spacious and we loved the roof terrace! It was great to cram in a few hours sunbathing once we were finished sitting by the pool.
It was like home from home as the plug points were the same as the UK and it was well equipped with a cooker/washing machine/dishwasher/towels etc. It was such an advantage having three bathrooms as our party consisted of three girls (myself included) and we all know how long it takes women to get ready!
The villa was in a good location to the bars/shops. It was a 15min walk to bar street and harbour and it was nice leaving it all behind after a night out and having a stroll back. We even found a little cafe within 5mins of the villa which helped with our hangovers we had in the mornings!
We wasn't expecting Paphos to be as busy considering we went in the first week of June, however, it was a lovely atmosphere. Everyone we met were really lovely and almost everyone spoke English.
I would recommend this accomodation/resort to everyone. It caters for all types and there is so much to see and do. We did a boat trip/jeep safari and go-karting, plus we took the local bus to Coral Bay which was stunning. We found the price of most things quite expensive, however, we were at a time when the pound to the euro wasnt very strong.
I would definately recommend the villa/resort and I would most definately stay here again. Personally, I wouldn't rent the villa to anyone if it was my own. It was so lovely, we could not fault it in any way.

Owner's Response: Most encouraging to hear that everyone enjoyed the villa and the resort. It really is lovely to know that others enjoy our property and Paphos as much as we do.

We have stayed in Clive's villa for the past two years. Having enjoyed our holiday so much in 2009 we rebooked for 2010, something which we have never previously done.
The villa is a real home from home, spacious and clean, being very well equipped for a fantastic self catering holiday.
The pool was perfect for our family which included 3 children aged from 9 to 14.
We also hired a car and toured the Island, including the Troodos mountains which were spectacular!
We visited many restaurants in the town but also had BBQs at the villa, enjoying both very much indeed.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa and Cyprus - We certainly hope to visit again in the future.
Thanks for a brilliant holiday!

Owner's Response: It is always encouraging to hear that guests enjoy the villa and facilities as much as I do. Cyprus is a lovely country full of friendly helpful hospitable locals. It's the reason we chose to buy in Cyprus.

We have family in Cyprus and visit every year. We use this villa because:
- It is in a convenient location for Paphos town and beaches, but without the noise associated with being in the heart of the tourist area
- It is a well-equipped, well-maintained villa with a lovely communal pool
- The owner is accommodating and friendly to deal with
- It represents good value for money
Definitely recommended for a family holiday :-)

This was the second time we had spent a holiday at this lovely villa, and can say without a doubt that this is one of the nicest locations we have found in the Mediterranian area.
The owners cannot do enough to help make your holiday a great experience.
The location is very good, and the pool is just around the corner if you fancy a dip.
There are shops just across the road, and it is a 15 to 20 min walk (less if you're really fit) into the town of Paphos, where you wil find a good selection of restaurants to cater for all tastes. There is even a Marks and Spencer Store if you have withdrawal symtoms
The beaches are very good. You can scooba dive, hire water scooters, go for a mini cruise, or sit in a sea front cafe and watch the world go by. Altogether a very relaxing holiday location.
Would recommend this wonderful property to everyone, very clean and well maintained, with all the comforts of home.

Exceptional villa in lovely residential district of Paphos. Roomy & spacious, this was a real home from home. Local shop was very nearby & very well stocked. Villa has both a ground floor patio aswell as roof terrace, providing an option of places to go for sun, shade & privacy. Very nearby is swimming pool, great for relaxing & has plenty of shade.
Activities we did as we have 2 young boys were: waterpark [twice!!]- brilliant! Karting, a trip in a glassbottomed boat & the Tiger speedboats.
My husband also took our youngest to the Paphos reptile centre as hes mad on lizards & loved it - real value for money! We went to the Tomb of the Kings to get a bit of culture in - kids ended up playing hide & seek in the many tombs & loved it!!!
We also drove up into the mountains, which provided a contrast of scenery & temperature. There are lots of walking trails you can do & a really nice restaurant at the top!!
We also did a day trip to Pissouri & found several untouristy & quiet beaches. Our favourite beach was Coral Bay [Tomb of Kings rd] - sandy, safe & brill for families.
There is a fantastic Greek supermarket near the villa, holding a massive array of fresh fruit & veg, meat & fish. Eating out is easy, with countless restaurants within easy walking or driving distance. Its worth trying local dishes, the fish is very fresh & kids are always catered for. Fat Mammas on Tomb of Kings rd has burgers, steak dishes, pizzas etc & entertainment, but it's worth gioing earlier in evening as queues can get long.
All in all, we had a brilliant time & it was our first time in Cyprus. We would definately visit again & would recommend the villa, the location & the island to anyone of any age.

Owner's Response: Thank you so much for your kind comments regarding our villa. We love our 'place in the sun' and the island of Cyprus as a holiday destination. It's wonderful to hear guests sharing our experience. Glad you had a brilliant time.

The property is extremely well equipped and has all the comforts of home. A large patio area for outside dinning, plus large roof terrace for sun bathing and is situated just around the corner from the swimming pool.
The property is within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and the harbour. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
It was perfect for our needs. We all had an 'Ace' holiday and would recommend to anyone.

Owner's Response: Thanks for your nice comments. The universal area is a nice residential spot within easy reach of beaches, the harbour and Paphos old town. With good amenities, it's just a short walk from restaurants and night-life. It's great to hear that others enjoy our place in the sun as much as we do!

Excellent Villa, well equipped, plenty of linen and towels. Great roof terrace, private not overlooked. Undercover car parking available. Situated within half hour walking distance of harbour and Paphos old town. Good pool in lovely garden surroundings. Unfortunately building work going on in front of property so expect to be woken up a 7.00am. Work continues until 3.30pm but there is no activity on saturdays or sundays. Lots of dust generated by the work. Work is expected to continue to end of year and perhaps early next year.

Owner's Response: Thanks for your kind comments on our villa. Having looked at reviews of properties closer to the works, nobody has mentioned anything about the construction. Completion should be in early 2009 so should not be a problem.

The holiday in Cyprus was very agreeable, you have a truly wonderful villa, sun all day on the patio, I personally wouldn't want to rent it to anyone. My family who for the most part stayed in hotels said that in future they would rent a villa. I would not be adverse to renting again in the future and would recommend to anyone.
