This delightful two bedroom bungalow is approached via a private sweeping driveway. The villa is surrounded by mature gardens featuring tall green bushes, orange trees, and a vibrant and colourful flower garden, ensuring this villa enjoys a good degree of privacy. There is an open plan living/dining area and separate kitchen. The living area features a working fireplace, TV with SKY satellite system, VCR and CD Player. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. The master double bedroom and the twin bedroom share the full family bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units* and shutters and fly screens are fitted throughout.
Outside is the 8m x 5m private swimming pool (5ft depth throughout) surrounded by a sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, table & chairs.
Situated in the pretty village of Stephanie, at the foothills of Tala, the villa benefits from cooler and less humid air in the summer as it is situated on higher ground. The delightful Tala village square with its small selection of restaurants, tavernas and traditional coffee shops is within walking distance and standing proudly in the hills above the village is the imposing 12 th Century Monastery of Saint Neophytos. Both the well known sandy beach at Coral Bay and the town of Paphos with its selection of Heritage sites, shops and harbour area are approximately a 15 minute drive away.

A deposit payment for all villas and products including any promotional offers is required at the time of booking, once a booking request has been confirmed by the Company. If the booking is made within two calendar months of the date of arrival then full payment is required immediately. The Company will not accept responsibility for cash sent through the post. Payment can be made by cheque or by bank transfer to our bank account or by Visa/Mastercard or Debit Card subject to a card processing fee.
