APARTMENT DESCRIPTION 
 
Our modern apartment is situated at Tala Hills - a small exclusive complex in the hills of 
Tala, just 5 minutes walk from the charming Tala Village square with its traditional 
tavernas, selection of restaurants and shops. The apartment is on the first floor and has 
magnificent views across the valley and coastline towards the sandy beaches of Coral Bay 
and the picturesque harbour of Paphos, just 15 minutes drive away. The apartment is a 30 
minute drive from Paphos airport. 
Outside, the large, sunny balcony overlooks the beautiful landscaped gardens and 
swimming pool. The balcony is furnished with a patio table, chairs for six and two sun 
loungers. The shared pool ranges from approx 1.0m to 2.5m in depth. 
 
 
TALA VILLAGE 
 
Tala is situated in a elevated position 5Km from the coast and only a 15 minute drive from 
Paphos. Due to its elevated position, Tala has fantastic views across the valley down 
towards the coast. The charming Tala village square is just 5 minutes stroll from the 
apartment and offers restaurants and traditional tavernas so is a great place for a stroll, a 
drink or two or for excellent wining and dining all at reasonable prices. The village square 
also offers a grocery store and bakery. 
 
COAST / BEACH 
 
Regarded as the best beach in the area, Coral Bay is just a 15 minute drive from Tala, the 
beach backs onto a number of beach bars and shops for all your needs. The beach itself 
has sun beds and umbrellas for hire and offers numerous watersports. Coral Bay Beach 
shelves gently into the sea making it ideal for families. Further a field are the unspoilt 
beaches of Cyprus's Nature Reserve on the Akamas Peninsular. The crystal clear seas of 
Cyprus mean there is excellent Snorkeling and Scuba Diving. 
 
PAPHOS AREA 
 
The delightful harbour and medieval fort of Paphos are approx 15 minutes drive from the 
apartment. There are many interesting historical sites on the Island - the Tombs of the 
Kings, the House of Dionysus and Aphrodite’s Rock are in Paphos itself. The Aphrodite 
waterpark is located on the outskirts of Paphos. The water park is the largest on Cyprus. 
With rides of varying voracity the park is aimed at all ages, swimmers and non swimmers 
alike. 
 
FURTHER AFIELD 
 
The picturesque trails of Troodos Mountains or the rugged beauty of the Akamas Peninsula 
are within 60 minutes drive. Limassol, the largest seaside resort is an hours drive. Nicosia, 
the island’s capital city lies at the centre of Cyprus, and Larnaka are both approx 2 hours 
drive away. Trips can be arranged by the Tourist Information Office to Egypt, Rhodes and 
Symi. 
 
CAR HIRE 
 
Whilst not essential, car hire is recommended for a holiday in Tala. Paphos Airport is just 
30 minutes drive from Tala. Taxis cost approximately £25. Should you wish us to arrange 
a taxi transfer or car hire please advise at time of booking. Alternatively, Larnaka Airport 
is approximately 2 1/4 hours drive from Tala. 
 
GOLF 
Top quality 18 hole courses such as the Secret Valley, Aphrodite & Tsada courses are 
within an easy drive and are open all year round. We can help you with making arrangements locally.

    • There are 2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. The lounge/dining area is comfortably furnished including a sofa bed making it possible to sleep 6. The lounge and master bedroom lead on to a sunny balcony which is fully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. Towels and linen are included but not beach towels. Guests will be met on arrival and a local 24/7 telephone number will be provided should local assistance be required. Available at additional cost: Cots, highchairs, Beverage Packs, Welcome Packs, Airport transfers are available at additional cost. Air conditioning / heating in lounge and bedrooms are included in the cost. A Security Safe is provided. Regret .. No smoking. No pets. Changeover day - We will try to accommodate any changeover day. Arrival after 4pm, departure by 10.00am. A mid-stay clean and linen change will be provided at no extra cost for stays of 2 weeks or more.

    Price includes heating and air con. 20% off bookings within one month of departure. For winter lets of 4 weeks or more between 1 Nov and 31 March - buy 3 and get 4th week free. Full terms and conditions are available upon request. A 50% non-returnable deposit is payable on booking with the balance due 6 weeks before start of holiday. If cancellation is less than 6 weeks beforehand, the whole amount will be due. A returnable deposit is also required to cover any breakages, etc. We do not provide any form of travel insurance cover and recommend that you take out your own travel insurance
