BEDROOMS - Master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite shower room, fitted wardrobes. dressing table/mirror. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have twin beds and fitted wardrobes. All rooms have individual balconies, air-con, ceiling fan lights, hairdryers and blackout blinds.

BATHROOMS - En-suite bathroom,WC and washbasin and shower cubicle to master bedroom. Family bathroom with bath/shower, WC and washbasin. Downstairs WC and washbasin.

KITCHEN - Fridge/Frezer, washing maching, dishwasher, cooker. halogen hob, extractor, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron/ironing board, crockery, glassware, cutlery, cooking implements. Table and chairs, fire extinguisher and fire blanket.

LIVING ROOMS - The lounge has air con, two comfortable settees (one a sofa bed) and one chair, together with coffee table, smaller drinks table, LCD flat screen TV and DVD/CD player, games and puzzles. Patio doors lead out to the veranda with views of the valley and mountains.

OTHER - Dining room has air con, glass table and seats up to 8 people. Patio doors lead to outside eating area which has views of the valley, mountains and golf resort.

CLEANING/TOWELS/
LINEN/ MAID SERVICE - Bed linen and towels are provided, but guests should bring their own beach and pool towels. Our property managers live locally and can assist you during your stay.

Our Villa has views of the mountains and golf resort. All bedrooms are fully equipped with their own balconies. The gardens are fully landscaped with private pool which is not overlooked. The patio has all necessary furniture including BBQ. Situated on the Secret Valley golf resort it is also ideal for other sporting activities including many water sports, walking , photography and skiing in the Troodos mountains (in Season). Nearby villages include Pissouri and Kouklia which host many traditional restaurants. Nearby Paphos povides excellent restaurants and night life, whilst a stroll along the harbour has a blend of modern life mixed with the historic past and is a fine way to watch the sun go down and relax

Low Season Price : £450 High Season Price : £700 per Week
To confirm a booking a non refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost is payable within 7 days. Balance due 8 weeks before departure date. Cancellation Refunds; Up to 4 weeks 50%, 4weeks or less no refund. Security Deposit; £200.00 is required per booking. Returned within 14 days of your departure date subject to a report from our property managers. Payment by credit cards accepted (3% surcharge)
