This modern 3-bedroom residence is fantastic for family holidays with all the accommodation arranged on one floor being eminently suitable for elderly or disabled. There is a bright spacious living area with 3 patio doors onto the private swimming pool terrace – this all creates a superb social space. 
 
The kitchen is modern and well equipped with everything one could need, including a washing machine. The bedrooms consist of a large Master Bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 2 further spacious bedrooms with twin beds and a large shower room. The villa comfortably sleeps up to 6 people. The house offers tremendous privacy to the swimming pool area, this is important as most of the time is spent relaxing around the pool, eating meals outside, the children playing in the pool, reading a book etc – it also has a lovely sunny aspect. 
 
To the side is a barbeque area enjoying breathtaking views down to the sea. There is a clothes-drying area out of the way and a driveway providing off street parking.
