A superb renovated 1 bedroom traditional (listed) stone built house with private swimming pool, arranged over one level. The property has a wealth of outstanding traditional features throughout, including original stone floors, wooden beamed ceilings and exposed traditional stone walls.

The accommodation is arranged as follows: Spacious open plan living room/dining room/kitchen, with traditional feature exposed stone walls. 2 single sofa beds, TV (local channels only), small CD/radio/cassette player, timber beamed ceiling, wood burning fireplace and a dining table with 4 chairs. A separate shower room. Fully equipped kitchen incorporating an oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The large twin bedroom with exposed stone walls features a fireplace and has an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi whirl pool bath and timber beamed ceiling.

Outside the private, mainly paved, enclosed garden surrounds the private kidney shaped swimming pool, which is 8 x 4 metres. Sun beds, parasols, barbecue and a table and chairs are provided.

This villa is ideal for those seeking a quiet holiday, in a traditional property, in an area of natural beauty.

The property is situated in a peaceful location, in the heart of the traditional village of Neo Chorio. Neo Chorio is a traditional hilltop village, with local supermarket, taverna, coffee shop and craft shops. The beaches and amenities of Latchi are within 5 minutes drive together with the Baths of Aphrodite and the Akamas National Park.

A deposit payment for all villas and products including any promotional offers is required at the time of booking, once a booking request has been confirmed by the Company. If the booking is made within two calendar months of the date of arrival then full payment is required immediately. The Company will not accept responsibility for cash sent through the post. Payment can be made by cheque or by bank transfer to our bank account or by Visa/Mastercard or Debit Card subject to a card processing fee. Booking confirmation together with driving directions for the villa will be sent by email or if requested, by post. Where an initial deposit is paid, the balance must be paid within 2 months of the commencement date of the booking, whether demanded by us or not. If this is not paid within 7 days of it being due, then we reserve the right to cancel the booking without any refund.
