Vacation Rental Description
From the villa you can hear the restful sound of the sea breaking onto the beach below. Built on a split level with the 8m x 4m pool and accessed by stairs from the upper patio. The pool level is secluded with an area for sunbeds. The upper patio is shaded by the upstairs balcony and provides an idyllic environment for outdoor dining and barbecues. There is an established garden to the side with small olive, lemon, mandarin and orange trees and bouganvillia and hibiscus. There is golfing at Tsada, approx 25 mins by car. The beach is approx 5 mins walk from the villa. 10 min drive to Polis with shops, bars and restaurants.

For daily rate divide applicable rental period by 7. A 15% deposit requested to secure booking. Deposit non-refundable if cancelled 3 months or less prior to booked start date. Balance payable 5 weeks prior to holiday. Air-conditioning included in rental rate. Flights and car rental excluded from rental rates.
