Ayia Marina is a coastal village 10km from Polis Chrysochous. The villa is set on the outskirts of the village inland approx 1km. The location of the villa is peaceful with only 1 closer neighbor. An established garden surrounds the house. 3 bedrooms 2 upstairs and one downstairs bedroom making the property suitable for a less able bodied guest. The living space is open plan wit a fully fitted kitchen. There is a secondary kitchen upstairs. Balconies on both levels offering good views to the ocean and surroundings.

    • Watersports, bowling, go carts, windsurfing, jet ski......are all available either in Polis or Latchi. A good swimmers beach is just 5 minutes from the house. Along the coastal road there are various beach bars and restaurants. In the village just before Ayia Marina in Argaka there is an excellent Irish Bar/restaurant 'The Flyagain' which offers good food, beers, internet access, satellite t.v. etc. Even though the villa is in a peaceful away from it all spot it is still close by to everything you need for a fun filled holiday. The village itself has 2 small supermarkets and a bakery so essential daily items are very near at hand.

    • As the location of the house is near the coast then most water activities are available. At present the nearest golf course is approx 45minutes away although, in the near future there will be another golf course close by. Shopping if not done in the village then in Polis there are all major amenities and large supermarkets. Everything is available whether it is a hairdresser, pharmacy, doctor, butcher etc......
