Vacation Rental Description

The house is the end terrace of six properties, with views across the hills. It is air conditioned throughout, has 2 twin bedrooms, each with en suite shower, WC and washbasin. There is a further WC downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a beautiful lounge and dining area. The large patio overlooks the pool. The flat screen TV system has freeview satellite connection which enables you to view UK channels. There is also a DVD player.
The beautiful village of Polis with its pedestrianised restaurant area is about 15 minutes walk away.
The unspoilt beach is about 2Km away and the attractive Marina of Latsi which offers watersport activities is approx 3km.

Polis is set on the beautiful bay of Chrysochou, about 30 km north of Paphos on the Western side of Cyprus. It is adjacent to the national park area of the Akamas Peninsula, not far from the famous Aphrodite Baths.

The Akamas peninsula is a great area for walking. There are many surrounding Cypriot villages. The Troodos mountains are within driving distance - in winter they even have a ski resort there. Nearby Latsi offers romantic walks along the newly created promenade, watching the sun go down over the peninsular. You can hire boats from the marina or have fun with the watersports on offer.

Our Property in Cyprus

We had been to many places around the world but found that we came back to Cyprus quite regularly. So, we decided we would buy property there, and we now feel like it is going 'home' when we visit our villa. We chose Polis as this is an area that is adjacent to the national park area of Akamas and also within reach of some fabulous beaches. It still retains a lot of its original Cypriot character.
