Vacation Rental Description
Our charming end townhouse is set in a peaceful position only 10 to 15 minutes walk to both Polis and Latsi beach. The property is on a small private development which is maintained to a high standard with a well kept communal swimming pool. The front of the property has a good sized patio area for evening dining and the smaller area at the back looks onto the communal pool. The sun shines on the front during the morning and the back during the afternoon and evening.Bedrooms: Master bedroom has king size bed and large fitted wardrobes with patio doors to roomy balcony with sea views.
Second bedroom has two single beds with fitted wardrobes and views to communal pool
Bathrooms: Large fully tiled bathroom with bath and shower over bath and extractor fan.
Additional downstairs guest WC/cloakroom with hand basin.
Kitchen: Kitchen has electric cooker, gas hob with extractor, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster etc.
Living Rooms: Good sized living area has a comfy 3 seater and 2 seater leather sofa, glass dining table with 4 chairs, coffee table, TV and CD player.
Other: Please note that we do not permit smoking inside the property. The property has air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room/dining area.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Linen and towels included. Property cleaned weekly. Beach towels not included.
Prodromi is in a beautiful part of Cyprus - close to the Akamas peninsula. The Akamas is a natural haven for wildlife with bird watching of particular interest. There are several walks and nature trails to go on as well as scuba diving and other water sports facilities at nearby Latsi. The beach road along the coast up towards Argaka and Pomos is a lovely drive with many deserted beaches to while away the time. Polis is a short walk away and has a quaint town square with tavernas selling authentic Cypriot food. The whole area has a laid back and peaceful feel to it. Everything you need can be found in Polis - local supermarkets, banks, butchers, bakers, clothes shops and the fantastic tavernas. Tavernas are of a particular high standard in the Polis and Latsi area. All the leisure activities you can want are available in either Polis or Latsi including water sports (fishing, diving, surfing, water skiing) bike hire, car hire, walking, bird watching.
Paphos with it's heritage of historical and archeological sites is a pleasant 30 minute drive away. Paphos has a regular local market in the old town and numerous bars and tavernas in the newer area close to the fort.
Facilities
The property is perfect for small families and has air conditioning with a guest WC downstairs in addition to the main bathroom upstairs. The nearest taverna is only 5 minutes walk. Polis is a short walk away with its traditional tavernas and bars, banks, bakers and other shops. There is also garden furniture of a table and 4 chairs for outside dining on the patio. Patio at front of house for those evening drinks and meals. Communal pool only 20 yards from property. The main beaches at Latsi and Polis are a short 10 min walk and both are safe for families. More deserted beaches are only a few mins drive up towards Argaka. Tsada golf course is a 25 min drive but a new golf course complex is to be built at nearby Argaka (10 min drive). Ski enthusiasts are catered for in the Troodos Mountains during the winter season. Prodromi is located 2km from both Polis and Latsi. There are 2 tavernas serving traditional dishes just 5 minutes away.
