Just 1km from Polis town centre, this comfortable apartment is ideal for a romantic get-away. It's quiet and peaceful, with plenty of quality restaurants nearby. Polis is a pretty, unspoilt and charming little town. A short drive away is stunning Latchi Harbour, with an excellent choice of lovely restaurants on the front. Alternatively, you can drive to the tiny Pomos Harbour for peace and tranquillity.
Dine al fresco on the apartment's private balcony, not overlooked, which boasts far-reaching views over the Akamas mountains. This apartment has the added advantage of two bathrooms (one with shower etc).

POLIS beach is uncommercialised. It's a sandy/pebbly beach looking across Chrysochou Bay to the Akamas Peninsula - a nature conservation area complete with hiking trails steeped in mythological legends. The surrounding coastal and mountain villages offer authentic Greek Cypriot hospitality, culture and cuisine, while unique flora and fauna abound.

Polis is dotted with citrus groves overlooking turquoise seas, and is the perfect base, offering easy access to the varied landscapes of rocky promontories, monasteries, and quiet beaches.Enjoy swimming, sailing, scuba diving, hiking, and mountain biking in the area, hire a boat for the day from Latchi, or take a glass-bottomed boat trip to see the corals beneath the waves. You can hire a 4x4 and hit the dust tracks in Akamas to see the rugged countryside. Then there's golf, a 30-minute drive from the apartment, at Tsada Golf Club - or try the Secret Valley Golf Club, an hour's drive.

A 20% non refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking with the balance to be paid six weeks prior to departure.

April to October rates inclusive of air conditioning.

A discount of 10% is applicable for a two week booking or more.

A security/damages deposit of £100 is required with payment. This will be refunded to you within 14 days of your departure assuming that there are no reported damages, and also covers outdoor furniture including sunbeds and the return of the key'

Please ensure you take out adequate travel insurance cover - it is your responsibility to do this.
