Vacation Rental Description

Tasteful and stylish throughout, the furniture is testament to the owners years of travel throughout Japan, Indonesia and other parts of Asia. The large family room features a dining table which comfortably seats 6. This is open-plan to the kitchen which is fully equipped with all modern conveniences, including dishwasher and microwave. A natural stone archway divides the family room from the living room which is furnished in rich, earthy tones of terracotta, cream and brown and carries ample comfortable sofa seating and Satellite TV and VCR.

The exquisitely furnished double bedroom and one twin bedded room are situated off the lounge area, together with a spacious shower room, which also houses the washing machine. A hallway leads off the dining area to a further twin bedded room, together with a luxurious fully tiled bathroom complete with separate shower cubicle.

The double bedroom and the lounge and dining room have patio doors leading directly out to the poolside terrace. All rooms have ceiling fans in addition to air-conditioning units which can be used for either cooling or heating.

Outside, there is a table and chairs for dining outside, set under a shady pergola, and steps lead up to a roof terrace, also furnished, offering panoramic sea views. Barbeque supplied.

This beautiful villa is set in a prime location, on a quiet cul-de-sac, yet within walking distance of the centre of Peyia village with it's supermarket, banks and small collection of traditional tavernas, coffee shops, bakery and pharmacy. The coastal resort of Coral Bay with its wide selection of international restaurants, cafes, shops, bars and sandy beach is within a 5 minute drive. The town of Paphos , with its heritage sites, modern shopping facilities and attractive harbour area is only a 25 minute drive away.

				High Season Price:	£1,030 per Week

A deposit payment for all villas and products including any promotional offers is required at the time of booking, once a booking request has been confirmed by the Company. If the booking is made within two calendar months of the date of arrival then full payment is required immediately. The Company will not accept responsibility for cash sent through the post. Payment can be made by cheque or by bank transfer to our bank account or by Visa/Mastercard or Debit Card subject to a card processing fee. Booking confirmation together with driving directions for the villa will be sent by email. Where an initial deposit is paid, the balance must be paid within 2 months of the commencement date of the booking, whether demanded by us or not. If this is not paid within 7 days of it being due, then we reserve the right to cancel the booking without any refund.
