This 4 bedroom villa with inifinity pool is situated in lower Peyia.  
 
The spacious open plan living/dining and kitchen area, features several comfortable sofas, satellite television (limited channels), DVD player and CD Player. The kitchen area is equipped with an oven, hob and microwave with the dishwasher and washing machine being housed in the separate utility room. There are two dining tables each seating 6 people. A guest cloakroom is located just off the kitchen.  
 
There are four bedrooms in total each with en-suite facilities. Three of the bedrooms are twin bedded rooms, two of them with en-suite shower rooms and the third with an en-suite bathroom. The master double bedroom has it's own en-suite shower room. Each bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning unit for both cooling and heating which is included in the price. A larger living room unit, if required, can be paid for locally. A baby cot and highchair can be provided.  
 
Outside the 9 metre x 4 metre infinity swimming pool has both walk in steps and a ladder. The pool terrace is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolside shower. A barbecue has been provided for al fresco dining on those warm summer nights. Landscaped garden areas provide splashes of colour to the villas grounds and unobstructed sea views can be enjoyed from the pool area. A gated driveway leads to the villa.  
 
Situated in the lower part of Peyia, this villa is approximately 3 kms from the popular beach at Coral Bay and less than 4 kms from the less well known sandy beach at Corallia Bay. A bakery, convenience store and three restaurants are located within 2 kilometres of the villa. The centre of the hillside village of Peyia with it's supermarket, delicatessan, banks and small collection of traditional tavernas, coffee shops, bakery and pharmacy is just under 3 kilometres away. The town of Paphos with its World Heritage Sites, modern shopping facilities and attractive harbour area is within a 20 minute drive.

				Low Season Price:	£550 per Week
				High Season Price:	£1,025 per Week

A deposit payment for all villas and products including any promotional offers is required at the time of booking, once a booking request has been confirmed by the Company. If the booking is made within two calendar months of the date of arrival then full payment is required immediately. The Company will not accept responsibility for cash sent through the post. Payment can be made by cheque or by bank transfer to our bank account or by Visa/Mastercard or Debit Card subject to a card processing fee. Booking confirmation together with driving directions for the villa will be sent by email or if requested, by post. Where an initial deposit is paid, the balance must be paid within 2 months of the commencement date of the booking, whether demanded by us or not. If this is not paid within 7 days of it being due, then we reserve the right to cancel the booking without any refund.
