3 Bedroom Villa in Peyia

A stay at our luxury detached private villa in Peyia,Paphos is highly recommended for a holiday that you will remember forever. Some villas claim to have nice views, but this one is arguably the best in the whole area, absolutely breathtaking! Our villa is well equipped for all the family and comfortably sleeps six. The pool is 8x4 metre infinity type, and is set in a large terrace with BBQ, with a lower separate terrace below. It has a lovely thatched cabana for some welcome shade during long hot summer days. There are sun loungers, outdoor dining table and an outdoor shower. The garden is very large and fully landscaped with palm trees, bushes and flowering shrubs. The villa is totally private with its own drive and ample parking. You can watch the sunrise over the mountains and set over the sea, as there is nothing but the blue sky to block the view. Its located in a peaceful area and is not overlooked by any other properties. Full central heating for those out of season holidays.We recommend car hire to fully enjoy the area. The beach at Coral Bay is only 10 minutes by car, for safe sandy bathing and water sports. Coral Bay has nightlife with shops, bars and restaurants until the early hours. Peyia village is only 5 minutes away for supermarkets, banks, pharmacy, bakers, takeaways and restaurants for all your immediate needs. Paphos Town and Port is approx 20 minutes away. The Akamas Peninsular for hiking, walking, mountain biking, wildlife and nature is approx 15 minutes away. The Troodos mountains for real scenery and skiing is one hour away. There is history and archaeology in Paphos and near Limassol, along with access to golf courses. Paphos airport is approx 30 mins drive to our villa, Larnaca is around 2 hours.
