The villa has 3 bedrooms, The Master bedroom has a Kingsize bed, fitted wardrobes, Balcony with sea views & spacious en-suite. Bedroom 2 is a large twin bedded room with fitted wardrobes & mountain views. Bedroom 3 is a twin bedded room with fitted wardrobes private balcony & sea views.
Large family bathroom with shower over bath wc & hand basin. Spacious en-suite bathroom to master bedroom with shower wc & hand basin. On the ground floor is a wc & hand basin.
Large modern open plan kitchen with granite worktops featuring oven hob,fridge/freezer,dishwasher,washing machine, microwave,iron/ironing board,water cooler everything to make life easy.
The ground floor has a modern open plan layout with a spacious lounge & inviting dining area, consisting of 3 settee's, English sky TV, DVD, CD/radio player, coffee table. The dining area has a large table comfortable to seat 6 people.
From the lounge there are two windows overlooking the tempting 8m x 4m private swimming pool with walk in steps suitable for children. The patio around the pool accommodates the 6 sunbeds and our new sail for shade.
A Meet & Greet service is provided for the handover of keys & to help you settle in, also to resolve any issues which may occur while you stay at villa jojo. A Welcome Pack is in the villa when you arrive. A cot can can be provided on request at an additional cost. Safety deposit box & hair dryers are provided. Beach towels are at the villa for your use(to save on your weight when packing) ---Please wash them as you leave or a small charge will be made. Fly screens are fitted on all patio doors.
No Pets Please. No same sex groups
Freshly laundered towels & linen are provided & will be changed weekly, cleaning will also be weekly. Please note that on bookings of less than 13 days there will be no linen change or clean but can be arranged at an extra cost.

    • This Villa is situated in the lovely village of Pegia, & offers large spacious accommodation with private pool which has walk in Roman steps. The villa is situated on a corner plot with mature gardens to all sides including fruit trees & exotic plants. The private driveway which can accommodate 2 cars. The patio at the rear of the villa has an awning over the table & chairs for shade for when you have breakfast outside. The front patio has wonderful sunsets to watch in the evening with maybe a glass of wine. The villa is cleaned once a week, also the towels & laundry are changed once a week. Beach Towels can be provided Air-conditioning is for cooling & heating and is free. Although Heating is extra in the winter months. THIS IS A NO SMOKING VILLA, Although smoking is allowed outside. Thank you Changeover days can be flexible. Check in is 15.00 & check out time is 11.00 Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.

    • Weddings are very popular in Cyprus. Pegia village is a lovely setting for a wedding and can be arranged in the gardens of the Municipality, just 15 mins from the villa. Thinking of getting married then this could be just the perfect place for you. Please ask if you require more details.
    Maybe you want to relax in tranquil surroundings and unwind with a glass of wine by the pool,or perhaps you want a more active holiday.
    GOLF can be played at the Aphrodite Hills Golf Course, Tsada Golf Club and The Secret Valley Golf Club.
    SKIING, The Troodos Mountain range is about 1 Hour away by car. There are 4 main slopes from beginner to advanced
    all slopes have lifts. Skiing is from December to March approx. You can Ski in the morning sunbathe/swim in the afternoon.FITNESS Club has opened near the Villa
    A car is advisable to see the beauty of the island, more site seeing details are available in the villa brochure when you arrive

    We are Sue & Geoff who live in England & have a grown up family & 5 grandchildren. We all love to go to Cyprus as much as we can so you will find our villa home from home.
    The villa is on a corner plot so we have sunshine all day long but we do have many places where you can escape from the sun if need be.
    Pegia is a typical cypriot village with many tavernas-- bars ---coffee shops-- bakery-- banks --& supermarkets ---a busy little place
