Villa Bay View is a beautiful single storey villa, carefully designed to offer bright & spacious accommodation with wheel chair access throughout, a superb property enjoying lovely views to the sea and amazing sunsets. The property has a wonderful size living area / social space with a feature walk in window bay window, overlooking the shaped patio, private kidney swimming pool with the beautiful back drop of the Mediterranean Sea! 
 
The sitting area has comfortable leather sofas, a flat screen TV with DVD and satellite, the dining area has a formal table with 6 chairs and the kitchen area is very well fitted with granite worktops and all one could need, including a washing machine and dishwasher. From the lounge, an archway leads to the inner hallway with a guests WC and the 3 bedrooms (all internal doors are wider than the standard, to be wheelchair friendly). 
 
Each bedroom is a generous size, larger than the average with built in wardrobes, air conditioning and ceiling fans. All three bedrooms have their own private en-suite facilities, a huge asset to this property. The master bedroom has 2 electrically adjustable beds, patio doors to the front with lovely views and a large en-suite shower room, a spacious ‘wet room’ with grab rails and a drop down rail. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are both twin rooms (with 2 single beds in each) they have patio doors to the outside, where one has an en-suite bathroom (with shower over the bath) and the other has an en-suite shower room. 
 
The villa has landscaped gardens including fruit trees and palms around the pool area. The private driveway allows parking for your hire car. There are gentle slopes and wide paths providing good access all around the property, to both the entrance and the pool area for wheelchair users. 
 
Outside you have comfortable seating for 4 with a coffee table, a dining table with 6 chairs, 4 sun beds and a barbeque, all for you to enjoy the super outdoors space and views.

    • The house is located on the outskirts of Peyia Village in Zalakia area, approximately 1.5km from the great amenities of Peyia. These includes supermarkets, banks, various excellent local taverns, a couple bars, take-away, kiosks, a bakery, pharmacy, butchers, fish mongers, etc. 
     
    Paphos is only a 10/12 minute drive, where you have the old town with markets and the harbour area (Kato Paphos). Both areas have a variety of Cafes, bars, restaurants, shops etc. Within the Paphos region you have many tourist attractions and facilities, including the ancient mosaics and tomb of the kings, sea caves, a water park, go-karts, horse riding, bird & animal park, water sports, cinema, bowling, 3 golf courses, fishing and much more…  
     
    The Troodos Mountains are a manageable drive and stunning day out, Polis and Latchi are within half an hour and worth a visit. Paphos International Airport is approximately 25 minutes by car.
