Sitting room, dining kitchen, guest suite with shower and terrace on ground floor. Two double bedrooms, bathroom and balcony on first floor. Long term rental £1000 per month. The rental must be paid in advance and 2 months rental will be kept as guarantee. The maintenance expenses are not included in the price. However expenses can be added to the monthly rentals. All municipality taxes, electricity and water and/or any other service not included. Minimum long term period 3 months. Short term rentals £500 per week. Rental to be paid in advance by cheque or banker's draft to owner.
