Vacation Rental Description
Three Properties in one villa location. A Lovely two bedroom apartment, sleeping four adults and one child. Situated above a One bed converted Old Stone Cyprus house sleeping two in a large double. Plus an individual one bed cottage sleeping three in a double and a single bed. All built around a great BBQ Patio Area. Available separately or together, within easy walking distance to a choice of tavernas, bars and supermarkets. Total comfortable sleeping for 9 persons.
The cottage and villa are situated around a large courtyard area and have a large guests only private swimming pool with sun lounger area. The courtyard is ideal for BBQs or relaxing in the sun or shade. The upstairs apartment has front and back terraces with sea and mountain views and all properties have plenty of outside space. Their position, on the edge of the Akamas national park and Peyia forest, offers a variety of nearby beaches from the busy Coral Bay area with restaurants and a variety of water sports to secluded bays and golden sandy beaches in the Akamas. The villa is situated a short drive from Paphos with its World Heritage Sites and is very close to Coral Bay Beach itself and to the lovely seaside resorts of Polis and Latchi on the north coast.
Facilities
The First floor Apartment. This two bedroom twin bedded apartment sleeps 4A with the possibility of a child extra in the lounge and a cot is supplied for a baby also. The upstairs terraces are ideal for eating or lounging in the sun and are completely private with fantastic views. The Stone built traditional Cottage has 1 Bedroom, Sleeps 3A or 2A + one child The Other Stone built traditional Cyprus House has 1 bedroom,Sleeps 2A or 2A + one child. All sharing a large courtyard and Private swimming pool for guests only. The courtyard/patio has a traditional Cypriot oven and BBQ area and there is plenty of room for sun bathing around the private pool. Peyia is a large, friendly village with several coffee shops and supermarkets and is only a few minutes from Coral bay Beach. In fact the Supermarket is a five minute walk away.
Activities
The villa, apartment and cottage are situated on a hillside near the centre of Peyia. The Private pool is for the use of apartment and cottage guests only. The nearest tavernas, bars and supermarkets are only a short walk away in the centre of the village. The busy beach at Coral Bay is only a few minutes away by car and here there are many more bars and restaurants. Paphos town is about a 20 minute drive and the harbour area at Kato Paphos is a World Heritage site. A must visit is to 'The Tombs of the Kings' The attractive north coast resorts of Polis and Latchi are about 25 minutes away. Peyia is on the edge of the Akamas national park with spectacular beaches,fishing and even a turtle conservation project. Peyia is also ideally located for exploring the pretty Cypriot villages in the area and sampling a variety of local wines at nearby vineyards. Excellent Surfing, Scuba Diving, Walking and Cycling opportunities are close by.

This family run Villa has two private apartments for rent. Upstairs is a two bed apartment sleeping four adults and one child. Cost is now £350 per week for the rest of this year 2010. In the courtyard and large patio area is a one bed cottage sleeping two in a double plus one adult or child in a single bed. Plus a One Bed Converted Cyprus Stone House sleeping two in a double plus one child in a cot. Cost is now £250 per week for the rest of this year 2010. Air conditioning is available at 5 euros per day. The Friendly English Proprietors, will meet you on arrival and will take you to your apartment. Showing you all the facilities. The Accommodation is substantially kitted out with Fridge Freezer.Full Cooker,Microwave, Washing Machine,all crockery,cutlery and cooking implements. You can keep clothes to a minimum and only Beach Towels are needed.Saving luggage weight. BBQ, tables, chairs, parasols etc available all the time.
