Overlooking Coral Bay, known to be one of the best beaches on the West coast of Cyprus, with spectacular views over the sea and one of the best spots for the dramatic evening sunsets.
Surrounded by banana plantations and vineyards, the village life in Peyia is extremely laid back. Situated approximately 30-40 minutes drive from Paphos airport, Peyia is the perfect location to relax and unwind with a few friendly taverna’s/restaurants, a bank and local supermarket. For a relaxing evening and only a very short drive (less than 5 minutes) or a walk (approximately 35-45 minutes), visit the small resort of Coral Bay for a larger choice of restaurants, shops and tour information.
A recently built villa with Lounge/Diner, fully fitted kitchen (with oven, hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer), WC, 2 bedrooms (one with double bed the other a twin room), bathroom (with bath/shower), air conditioning, sun terrace and for those warm evenings a roof terrace with bar- b- que and sink. The perfect way to watch the sunset over Coral Bay.
Also within this exclusive 8 villa setting there is shared pool for private use only.

CORAL BAY
Five minutes from your villa, the bay is cut into white cliffs, the sand is excellent and the sea beautiful. Sun beds are available as are water sports. (Blue flag beach).

GOLF
Tsada: 30 minutes from Peyia. Plays to a par 72 and measures 6060 metres. Set in grounds of a 12th century monastery.
Secret Valley: 20 minutes east of Paphos. Plays to a par 72 and measures 6120 metres. Lies in a scenic valley with tree and rock formations.
Aphrodite Hills : 30 minutes east of Paphos. Stunning new championship course set in the hills with views of the coast.

There are also many excursions to choose from a number of companies situated in both Coral Bay and Paphos, many of which you can discover yourself especially with car hire, Mountain Safari, boat trips, water parks, Troodos Mountains is recommended or why not try a mini Egypt cruise?

Booking Reservations can be held up to a maximum of 14 days to allow travel arrangements to be made.
A non-returnable booking deposit of £ 100.00 is required on confirmation of reservation.
The full rental balance is then due 8 weeks before departure.
