This panoramic view villa is located on the outskirts of the traditional village of Peyia, only 5 minutes drive away from the resort of Coral Bay with it's many restaurants, bars, shops, nightclub and protected sandy beach. Paphos town centre and the harbour are within 20 minutes drive along the scenic coastal road and within easy reach to the north is the pretty village of Kathikas and the town of Polis and Latchi. The villa is ideally located for those that wish for a bit of everything from their holiday:- relaxation, nightlife, golf and sight seeing. However, a car is essential.

Paphos airport is half an hour away

Golfers have a choice of 3 good golf courses. Tsada is 20 minutes, Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills is 30 minutes.

A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking. This is non refundable. Final payment is required 8 weeks prior to arrival in Cyprus.
