The house is located in a lovely village growing in popularity and just five minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of Coral Bay, which is a popular resort in it's own right, situated just 10 minutes north of Paphos. The village and the development setting is quiet and peaceful, yet within easy reach of Paphos and the numerous & various activities available there (as well as Coral Bay). The House has easy access to all amenities, including the local supermarket for bargain hunting and groceries, and the Tavernas and Bars for eating out, or the takeaways for taking food elsewhere, or the DVD rental shops for hiring a film to take back home for a quiet night in. Also, it is situated only 15 mins. drive from Tsada Golf Club, or 25 mins from 2 other Golf Courses including the highly rated "Secret Valley". 
 
The house benefits from a lovely communal pool , ideal for all the family. All rooms, both upstairs and down lead onto spacious verandas. The front bedroom veranda has sea, pool and, mountain views. Both front verandas and the rear first floor veranda are furnished with tables and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With one double and one twin bedroom and a sofa-bed in the Lounge, the house is ideal for families. The House is also ideally situated as a base to see the rest of Cyprus. 
 
The property is only 12 minutes drive from Paphos, and 20 - 25 minutes from Paphos (Pafos) Airport.  
Peyia is approx. only 2 km from lovely Coral Bay and has it’s own Supermarket, 24 hr DVD rental shop, Bar/Tavernas, Banks and Takeaways, etc... There is also a recently refurbished picturesque Byzantine church in the centre of the village, which has been the venue of many wedding ceremonies. 
The House was only recently completed and is well equipped with a full array of modern Kitchen and everyday utensils, and includes Air Conditioning in all rooms. There is also a TV (c/w Freesat Sky TV) and a DVD player with a selection of DVD’s. 
There are 2 floors: Ground floor: Lounge (c/w sofa-bed / suite), separate Kitchen/Dining area, W/C, store-room, 2 verandas. First floor: 2 Double Bedrooms each with a veranda, Bathroom. All rooms are good sized and the property can sleep upto 6. The Kitchen facilities include: Washer. Oven, Hob, Extractor, Fridge / Freezer, Microwave, Toaster, Ironing Board + Iron, etc…A Hairdryer is also provided in each Bedroom. 
There are 4 external veranda/raised patio areas and Quality Patio Furniture and Sun Loungers. The Front leads down a few steps to the paved pathway leading to the communal Swimming Pool, which is also in the view from the front Bedroom veranda, as are the beautiful Sea and Mountain Views. 
The Property also has it’s own dedicated Parking Bay in the adjacent car park. Peyia is only 10 minutes away from the popular Tsada Golf Course for those wanting a round of Golf or two, with 2 other Golf Courses within 25 minutes drive.

    • Along with the DVD player we have built up a library of DVD's. The dining table in the Kitchen / Diner can seat 6 places. In the cupboard under the stairs there are blow-up toys for use in the pool, while in the Lounge there are also a few Board games. The Patios / Balconies have patio furniture and there are Sunbeds for use on the patio or around the Pool. The water is heated by roof-top solar panels but can be supplemented by an immersion heater. We have included hair dryers in both Bedrooms. The 2-Seater settee in the Lounge also opens out into a 'Double' Sofa-Bed.

    • Paphos Water-Park is only a 12 min journey, and there are 2 Karting tracks in the area. 
    The Beautiful Troodos Mountains are only a short drive to the West for the Trekkers among you, with breath-taking views (and drive). But also horse riding, etc... is available in the area also. A 5 min. trip down to Coral Bay and it's lovely beeches provides all the water-activities you want, including snortling, etc.... Coral Bay is a Resort in it's own right and has a fabulous selection of restaurants, etc... 
    Tsada Golf Course is only 15 mins away, and there are 2 other Golf Courses within 25 mins. travelling. 
    'Bar Street' in Kato (the old part) Paphos is a must for those who enjoy the night-life and a selection of Bars, or for those preferring a 'little' quieter drink, try the 'Tomb of the Kings Road'.

    The prices quoted per week are for the 1st week, with additional weeks charged at a discount (You will be surprised - please contact us for details) We usually request 25% of the total price as a deposit - payable via a cheque in Pounds Sterling. Other currencies may be acceptable? The Balance is then required at least 3 weeks prior to the rental period commencing. Please note that we may require a very small charge to help with the increasingly high running costs of the Air-Conditioning.
