Vacation Rental Description

Peyia Gardens is a new (June 2007) luxury development of beautiful townhouses located close to the quiet village of Peyia. This is a fully air conditioned 2 double bedroom townhouse which sleeps up to 4 people, complete with ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom and ensuite shower room to the second bedroom. The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom two singles. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. The master bedroom suite has magnificent views from the balcony to the sea and over the beautifully landscaped grounds and pool. It also has a spectacular high pyramid dome ceiling and feature porthole high level windows. Downstairs is a through lounge with very comfortable leather sofas, dining area, luxury kitchen with granite worktops and main appliances and separate WC. The lounge comes complete with a LCD flat screen TV, DVD player, Radio/CD player and Air Conditioning. To the rear is a patio area overlooking the communal pool with garden furniture and parasol.

We had a fantastic time in Cyprus, and it was made by having such a great location and a stunning townhouse to stay in. Lovely views and beautifully kept gardens and pool. The village is a good twenty minutes walk up the hill but well worth it. The 2 storey supermarket is faultless and stock everything you could ask for, very friendly staff and they even carry your bags to the car for you. All the local people are very friendly and offer a warm welcome. There are several restaurants in the village, with the best being called 'Sophies' which offers a buffet menu and has a bar above called JJ's which has fantastic views of Coral Bay. Coral bay has a sandy beach and everything that you need including toilets, water sports and taverna for snacks etc. We would also highly recommend taking a quad bike safari to Lara bay, the conservation beach where the turtles can be seen at certain times of the year. We intend to return to Cyprus and would definitely stay here again.

We thought the house was furnished and equipped to a high standard and was a superb holiday home. All in all, we thought the location very good, and well placed for leisurely days out. We would certainly recommend both house and area to our friends and to people viewing your website. This was our third self-catering visit to Cyprus and Peyia Gardens rates as the best both for accommodation and location. Hope to be able to stay there again in the future.

One word is enough to describe this property.......fantastic". Four of us stayed for one week in early September 07 and had a fabulous time. The townhouse and development is finished to a high standard. The property is furnished and decorated in a contemporary style with air conditioning throughout (which is essential!). Coral bay is only five minutes away by car and likewise the village of Peyia is a short distance away. This was our first time in Cyprus and we would happily go back and stay here again.....recommended!.

Our two week stay at Peyia Gardens was really wonderful. The townhouse had all the facilities one could hope for when taking a family on holiday, it was lovely that everything was so fresh and new. The pool area was also great. The location was ideal with the busy town of Paphos 15 minutes drive away and having the quiet village of Peyia only a few minutes away. It was also an ideal location to explore the numerous beaches. Thank you once again, for sharing your lovely Cypriot home.

The best way to get around is by car with ample parking in Peyia. Facilities in Peyia include a chemist and bakery, which serves delicious hot bread first thing in the morning. There are plenty of taverns to choose from serving a variety of local dishes, Peyia Tavern or Cousins Tavern are quite good which are situated above 'Karenina Tavern' at Cousins and the Chef Tavern” they serve an excellent Meze. If you fancy a take away La Frescoe is in the same areas (opposite Jail Pub), just phone them for free delivery. There are three banks in Peyia. All exchange money If you are changing traveller’s cheques don't forget your passports. There is also a Doctor and Dentist surgery hopefully you won't need them. Behind the church you will find (Philippos) This is the main village supermarket it has everything and anything. Most of his customers are amazed at what he has on the ground floor and don’t realize that it has two floors.

There are flyscreens to all windows and patio doors. Families and elderly people are welcome, however, the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the upper floor. All linen and towels are provided. A hair dryer is provided in the master bedroom. Information on local attractions is available along with recommended restaurants which you may of course add to. A car is recommended.

Low Season Price : £270
High Season Price : £430 per Week


Last minute discount!! 10% discount if booking start date is less than 2 weeks away.
Long stay discount!! £100 (GBP) discount if booking length is more than 20 days.
Long stay discount!! 10% discount if booking length is more than 1 month. (Jan, Feb, Mar, Nov, Dec only)
A non-refundable deposit of 25% or £100 (whichever is the greater) of the total rental price is required to reserve the property. Final balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure date. There is a £100 refundable security deposit required in case of breakages or excessive cleaning. The price is the rate for the property for up to 4 persons ( not per person). Rates include air conditioning, electricity and water. The villa will be thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival. There is no maid service during your stay, however, there will be enough linen and towels within the property for changes on a weekly basis. Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer.
