2 Bedroom Townhouse in Peyia

Many of our bookings are recommendations and returning clients. Peyia Gardens is a luxury development of beautiful townhouses close to the quiet village of Peyia. This is a fully air conditioned 2 double bedroom townhouse for up to 4 people, with ensuite bathroom to the master and ensuite shower room to the second bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom two singles, both with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. The master suite has magnificent views from the balcony to the sea and over the beautifully landscaped grounds and pool plus a spectacular high pyramid ceiling with feature porthole high level windows. Downstairs there is a through lounge with very comfortable leather sofas and dining area. The luxury kitchen has granite worktops plus there is a downstairs WC. The lounge comes complete with a LCD flat screen TV, DVD Player, Radio/CD and Air Conditioning. To the rear is a patio area with garden furniture and parasol overlooking the pool.

Just to say we had a lovely time in Cyprus. Your town house is in a terrific location, very quiet and friendly neighbours. The house itself was very clean and we throughly enjoyed our stay. We found the additional information very useful. We would recommend a trip to Kourion and the Water Park is excellent for teenagers.

The gardens & pool area are maintained to a very high standard making it an ideal place to relax and enjoy the wonderful Cyprus weather. We had a fantastic time in Cyprus, and it was made by having such a great location and a stunning townhouse to stay in. Lovely views and beautifully kept gardens and pool. All the local people are very friendly and offer a warm welcome. There are several restaurants in the village. Coral bay has a sandy beach and everything that you need including toilets, water sports and taverna for snacks etc. We would also highly recommend taking a quad bike safari to Lara bay, the conservation beach where the turtles can be seen at certain times of the year. We intend to return to Cyprus and would definitely stay here again.

We thought the house was furnished and equipped to a high standard and was a superb holiday home. All in all, we thought the location very good, and well placed for leisurely days out. We would certainly recommend both house and area to our friends and to people viewing your website. This was our third self-catering visit to Cyprus and Peyia Gardens rates as the best both for accommodation and location. Hope to be able to stay there again in the future.

One word is enough to describe this property.......fantastic". Four of us stayed for one week in early September 07 and had a fabulous time. The townhouse and development is finished to a high standard. The property is furnished and decorated in a contemporary style with air conditioning throughout. Coral bay is only five minutes away by car and likewise the village of Peyia is a short distance away. This was our first time in Cyprus and we would happily go back and stay here again.....recommended!.

There are flyscreens to all windows and patio doors. Families and elderly people are welcome, however, the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the upper floor. All linen and towels are provided. A hair dryer is provided in the master bedroom. Information on local attractions is available along with recommended restaurants which you may of course add to. A car is recommended.

The best way to get around is by car with ample parking in Peyia. Facilities in Peyia include a chemist and bakery, which serves delicious hot bread first thing in the morning. There are plenty of taverns to choose from serving a variety of local dishes, Peyia Tavern or Cousins Tavern are quite good which are situated above 'Karenina Tavern' at Cousins and the Chef Tavern” they serve an excellent Meze. If you fancy a take away La Frescoe is in the same areas (opposite Jail Pub), just phone them for free delivery. There are three banks in Peyia. All exchange money If you are changing traveller’s cheques don't forget your passports. There is also a Doctor and Dentist surgery hopefully you won't need them. Behind the church you will find (Philippos) This is the main village supermarket it has everything and anything. Most of his customers are amazed at what he has on the ground floor and don’t realize that it has two floors.

This is a beautiful and quiet location about halfway between Peyia village and the main beaches at Coral Bay and Corallia Beach.
