The rental rates are quoted in GBP i.e £ (United Kingdom Pound or sterling). Payments are preferred by bank transfer to a UK bank in sterling. A deposit of £100 is required to secure the booking. This is non refundable in the event that you need to cancel the booking The full balance or the final payment is due 12 weeks prior to your arrival date. A refundable £100 security deposit is also payable with the final balance payment. Your accommodation will be available from 4.00p.m. on the date of arrival and should be vacated by 12.00 midday on the day of departure. Local flexibility is available on either side for no extra charge. Just let us know what your needs are. A meet and greet service at the Paphos airport for an extra charge can also be arranged. Clear, detailed and easy to follow driving directions to the apartment, a booking contract, rental conditions and a full inventory will also be supplied on confirmation of your booking.
