Aneus is a stylish and spacious one bedroom apartment is located in the traditional and unspoiled village of Peyia on the outskirts of Paphos, making it the ideal base to explore the island of Cyprus. Whether you are a couple looking for a romantic retreat or a family looking for fun and activities, this property has much to offer.

Benefiting from a fabulously elevated position you can enjoy unspoiled views down the hillside to the Mediterranean Sea and the stunning Coral Bay Beach. The property is located on the first(top) floor and has a large balcony with sea views. Patio furniture and sun loungers with pool / beach towels are provided.

The apartment is part of a small, modern complex that is built around the pool area and it has private under cover parking. The top floor may be accessed by stairs or by a lift.

    • The air conditioned main living area comprises a beautifully furnished sitting room while the adjoining dining area has a large family table with seating for 4. The fully equipped kitchen includes makes this an excellent base for those who prefer to self cater. The bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning, and in the living room the sofa pulls out to provide a second comfortable double bed. Need additional space or want to bring another party? We have a second twin bed apartment in the complex that you can rent at a discount if you book both properties. We also have access to several other owners with accommodation that has been furnished to the same high standard.

    • The traditional & charming village of Peyia is located to the North West of Paphos (approx 30 minutes drive from Paphos Airport). The village is a network of winding streets originating in the centre where there is an old stone church.

    Local amenities are a few minutes walk & include several friendly restaurants & tavernas serving local dishes. Those wishing to self cater have a huge choice of goods at the local supermarkets & there is a bakery serving delicious fresh bread and pastries. You will also find banks with cash machines, a med centre, butchers, fishmongers, DVD rental & a launderette.

    Local activities - Jeep safaris, go carting, golf, sailing, fishing, diving, horse riding, water park, aquarium, bird and reptile park, donkey sanctuary, wine tasting, & health spas.

    With so much to do, you would hopefully find time to relax on the beautiful sandy beaches of Coral Bay (5 minutes drive away or a 30 minute walk).

    A welcome pack is provided and a local English speaking representative will be available to ensure that you have everything you need to make this a thoroughly enjoyable holiday. If your flight arrives late in the evening, we would be happy to stock your fridge and cupboards with the basic essentials (small charge applies). Payment can be made in Sterling or Euros via Paypal or direct via cheque or bank transfer. £100 reservation deposit to secure booking. Balance of rental payment due six weeks before holiday dates. Discounts available for three weeks or more and long term lets are welcome. Late deals available please ask for prices .
