It is an ideal spot for a quiet, relaxing holiday in a typical friendly Cypriot village environment, but with the main tourist attractions only a short drive away.The townhouse is fully equipped with everything you should need for a great self catering holiday. The townhouse, is complete with air conditioning, it consisits of 2 double bedrooms both with large on-suite's plus downstairs cloakroom The large living area is open plan with a relaxing sofa/bed, TV, DVD and Satellite, for all your family's enjoyment. The dining table comfortably seats 6, The kitchen is fully equipped with all the mod cons that you would find in your own home, although dining out in the local tavernas is a must!Their is a terrace at the front over looking the communal pool with two loungers (which can be taken to the poolside) and at the rear their is a terrace and garden where their are table's and chairs to seat six,their is a barbeque for alfresco dining, or just sit and relax watching the sun go down with a large glass of your favourite tipple after a long day discovering the delights of Cyprus.This property is spacious and airy, with loads of day light making it feel really homely. The village has private parking facilities and landscaped areas plus a orange grove, which contribute's to the natural greenery surrounding the village. It has a rear patio/garden and a front gated driveway for 1 car. It is only 4 km (15 mins) from Paphos Airport. The bustling tourist resort of Paphos is a 15 minute drive away whilst the beautiful Troodos Mountains are a leisurely 45 minutes drive from the property.
The village of Mandria is but a 5 minute walk from the maisonette. Mandria Village has two tavernas, a new Italian restaurant,a fish restuarant,pizza cafe and two small well stocked supermarkets,hairdresser's,bakery and a bank. The tavernas have good food if not extensive menu and both are reasonably priced. The new restuarant offers an excellent menu of local and European food. Their is also a new beach bar where you can sit leisurely with a drink and watch the sun go down. The area is excellent for walking, hiking, cycling and watersports. The local bay is good for snorkeling whilst Paphos has a host of scuba diving clubs who will gladly cater for inexperienced and experienced divers alike.

    A returnable £100 deposit is required to secure the booking, which is additional to the full payment which is required six weeks before the rental. The £100 deposit will be returned to you within 21 days of the end of the rental period, on safe return off the keys and satisfactory condition of the property For bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival, we require the full amount when booking plus £100 security deposit is required at time of booking. Check in times are after 1400 hours and check out time is 1000 hours, unless prior arangements have been made vacating the property, if it is not booked then you may stay until you leave for the airport at no extra charge please enquire when booking. For parties over 4 there will be an additional charge of £10 per person per week to cover linen costs. Through the peak season heir will be an additional charge of £10 per week for use of the air conditioning.
