This comfortable 2 bedroom apartment is on the second floor of this modern building. It offers very light and bright, spacious accommodation with balconies to both the front and rear. The living area is comfortable with a dinning table & 4 chairs, a sofa and 2 armchairs, Television with DVD & CD player. The separate kitchen is very well fitted with all one could need, including a washing machine.
Sat on the balcony, one enjoys views over the large communal swimming pool, through the Orange trees behind with views to the sea in the distance. A great feature to this apartment, with table and chairs so you’ll enjoy most of your meals here!..
The 2 bedrooms are both of good size, arranged with a double bedroom with four poster bed and a twin bedroom (with 2 single beds). The bathroom is modern room, tastefully tiled and has a shower over the bath.
Both bedrooms and the living area is fitted with air conditioning for the comfort of guests.You have allocated parking for the apartment.
The development offers a larger than average communal swimming pool with a separate round children’s pool, surrounded by ample space for sun-beds or playing area with toilets and showers.
Adjoining the site is a beautiful area of landscaped gardens, full of fruit trees with footpaths laid throughout. A great area to stroll around this relaxed & friendly site.

The apartment is just a short level stroll into the Village Centre, which amenities include restuarants, supermarket, bakery, fruit & veg shop and bank – all typical amenities of a friendly Cypriot village.
The beautiful Pissouri Bay and busy village centre is only 5 minutes by car, Paphos Town & Harbour is an attractive 15 minute drive on the Old Road (B6) or only approximately 10 minutes on the highway (A6).
In all a very convenient position to experience a nicer flavour of Cyprus, a property and area we hope you’ll want to return to.
