The villa is kept cool throughout the year with air conditioning. This doubles as a heating system for the colder months, although the property enjoys a comfortable breeze being 500m above sea level, essential in the scorching heat of the summer. Villa also has an open fire (logs provided)for the colder months. 
 
Chelia is situated in an enviable position with one of the country's best golf courses in close proximity, Tsada which is also the country's longest established course. The villa enjoys reathtaking views of the greenward and its surrounding countryside. 
 
Landscaped garden includes 12m x 6m heated pool with deep end (8') and spa pool. Outdoor shower, lawned area, sun loungers, pool toys, inflatable paddling pool, outdoor chairs/table and barbeque. 
 
Inside open planned lounge dinner includes 2 large leather settees (6 person) and beanbags for playstation gaming. Cupboard under TV housing boardgames, DVD's, PS2 games,playing cards etc books also available. Dining table seats 8 comfortably. 2 x sideboards house all crockery and glasses required. 
Kitchen is well equipped and includes kettle, coffee machine, electric juicer, toaster, microwave, 5 x ring hob, electric oven/grill, large american-style fridge freezer with ice machine, dishwasher, washing machine,plenty of pots and pans etc, teatowels and hand towels. Also iron, ironing board, line and pegs, clothes airer.  
 
Master bedroom consists of king size bed, built in wardrobe, drawers, bedside tables, ensuite bathroom with shower over,WC and hand wash basin, heated towel rail, balcony. 
Two other twin bedded rooms each have built in wardrobe/drawers, bedside table and ensuite shower room with WC and hand wash basin and heated towel rail. One twin room has balcony.

The weekly rental prices include the cost of air conditioning, Linen and towels, logs for open fire, cleaning and maintenance and a welcome pack on arrival. For guests staying for 2 weeks or more, a mid stay clean and linen change is also included. Optional items and services available for an extra cost such as Cots, High Chairs, folding Z-bed, taxi, Car Hire, midweek linen change, tours and outings. Tariff Prices listed are per week 1st November - 30th April £750 1st May - 31st October £1000 25% reduction on 2nd week when booking 14 or more consecutive days
