A fantastic, enviable position, this relaxing beach development provides you with a sanctuary in the sun, and nestles quietly between all the amenities of the Tomb of the Kings road with its cafes, bars, clubs, buses, taxis and shop. The lure of the Mediterranean Sea, the sandy beach with water sports (in season) and the 5* Elysium hotel are all just a 3 minute stroll. One of the best restaurants in Paphos(the Metaxas)is only 50 metres away. A wonderful location, beautiful surroundings and a friendly environment all await your arrival to this remarkable property. Your holiday of sun, sea views, comfortable living, friendly people, relaxation, good food and new adventures, will be one to truly remember. Two loungers and all beach towels are supplied, just everything for a fantastic holiday in the sun.
The municipal beach has a small cafe, bar and seating area right on the beach with only an access road and the footpath to Paphos Harbour. Nearby (approx 250 meters) is a children's paddling place (in front of the Kefalos Hotel) and in season water sports. The apartment swimming pool has a constant depth of 1.5 metres and is suitable for swimmers and children over 5 and should be supervised at all times.
The communal garden area is large and has seating to meet the neighbours or for solitude, retreat to your own balcony overlooking the pool and the sea. What more could one ask for?

Facilities
A delightful apartment that benefits from no through traffic, to enjoy the soft lap of the Mediterranean Sea, and all the amenities close-by, this is an ideal location if you do not want to hire a car. The apartment comprises of one twin bedroom with balcony, another double bedroom both with fitted wardrobes, and a luxury tiled bathroom with shower. A large sitting room, with sea views, two settees, coffee table, DVD player, TV and patio doors that access a family sized balcony with sun canopy and patio furniture. Gaze across the calm pool to the amazing views of the sun sparkling blue sea. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge and freezer, washing machine, full oven, hob, extractor, microwave, all utensils, glasses, tea and dinner service. Three effective air-conditioning units for your comfort, with all bed linen and towels freshly laundered for your stay. A drinking water tap is included.
Activities
Car hire, taxis, quad bike hire, scooters, are all local, 4-8 minutes.
Supermarket is about a 7 minute walk, other shops... chemist, banks, and bars about 4 minutes.
Restaurants about 4 minutes walk, nearest very good restaurant about 100 yards 'Metaxas'
Harbour is a 35 minute walk along a new, pedestrian only path, alongside the sea with sun sheltered resting places. Or a cheap frequent bus service will take you there in minutes or to Coral Bay etc
Golf courses are nearby, Aphrodite Hills and require a car or taxi.
Nature protected areas are also within an easy bus ride.
Many ancient relics / buildings are also within easy walking distance or bus ride. The famous Tombs of the Kings are about an 8 minute walk

Beautifully positioned close by the Tomb of the Kings , well away from traffic and sandwiched in a quite area close to all facilities and the sea. We picked the site and the development as it has just everything for a success memorable holiday with shops, banks chemists and supermarket and the sea all within 300 metres; yet it retains the calm and peace of sun kissed Cyprus for that so special holiday . - Travel Info: This fabulous apartment is beach located with full sea views on a quiet service road with the beach and full shops including banks, chemists, restaurants, bars,and more, within 300 metres . A few minutes walk to all. A car is not required for a fully enjoyable holiday . If you wish to explore then an underground car park will keep your car cool in the summer heat . A good local bus service also passes within 3 minutes walk. Full joining instructions and guidance notes for local services are given with the final booking.
