The Villa is situated in a Complex called "Diana Gardens", about two (2) Miles from Kato Paphos, just off the Road leading to the Paphos-Limassol Motorway. Paphos Airport is approximately 10 Miles away- 15 minutes by Taxi. The Beaches of Kissonerga, Peyia and the cosmopolitan Coral Bay are all within easy reach by Car, Taxi or a Bus which starts from the City Centre and goes along the Emerald Blue West Coast, bathing in blazing sunshine for most of the Year. On this journey, the eyes can feast on the green views of endless Banana Plantations and quaint whitewashed Villas sticking out on the Hills provocatively facing the Sea on the other side of the Road. The compensating thought of not being the owner of one of those Villas will be that, VILLA ELITA is just as nice, and you can't wait to be returning to it at the end of every nice day exploring Aphrodite's very own Birthplace, Paphos City itself. 
The Villa has a comfortably furnished OPEN PLAN LOUNGE and DINING ROOM with French Doors leading to a SECLUDED PATIO GARDEN roomy enough to accommodate a portable Barbecue and a set of al-fresco dining furniture and seating for six to eight people. The traditional Mediterranean Scene is made complete by a panoramic roof terrace approached by stairs from the rear of the property, for sunbathing and relaxing.

    All Bookings have to be agreed (2) two months prior to the date of occupancy. One week only Booking must be paid in advance by Cash, or Directly into the owner's Bank Account. Bookings for more than one week, require a deposit of (1) one week's rent, and the balance payable either in Cash or by Bank Transfer into the owner's Bank Account to arrive at least one week before the occupancy date. No keys will be handed over, until all moneys have been paid and cheques and Bank credits have been cleared. In case of a cancellation, NO REFUND will be given, but an alternative date and cost can be negociated. For Bookings of more than 3 weeks a discount of 10% will be offered as a reduction of the final payment. A refundable deposit of £50 for the value of keys which might be lost, is required on top of any other moneys due.
