Satis comprises 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) which share a family bathroom, a fully fitted kitchen, a comfortable open plan living, dining area with sliding doors leading to the stone paved patio and to the clear waters of the communal swimming pool. There is also a downstairs cloakroom. The master bedroom boasts a spacious balcony with view of the communal pool. This property also offers air conditioning, heating for those nights when it gets nippy, fitted wardrobes, fly screens, TV/DVD player, board games and a selection of books and DVDs. Welcome pack provided. Cot and linen available. Strictly no smoking except on the patio area. All linen provided except beach towels. Outside pool shower and w.c.

It boasts such a rich historical background UNESCO has added the whole town to its World Cultural Heritage List. 
“Kato Paphos” the area near to the traditional fishing harbour,is appreciated all year round through a number of restaurants, shops and cafés that overlook the promenade. 
For those with children, you may prefer to spend some of your time visiting Paphos Aquarium,Paphos Bird Park or try Paphos Karting Centre not far from the Aphrodite’s water park. 
Paphos area offers an endless choice of water sports. One of the busiest locations is Coral Bay. The sea has a shallow margin where children may play safely.It offers scuba diving, snorkeling, fun rides, jet skiing, paragliding to name a few.

The first and last day of your holidays are classed as changeover days which are flexible subject to availability.You may check in from 15h00 onwards. You must check out by noon. Flights and transfers from/to the airport are not included in the rental price and must be booked separately. Transfers from/to Paphos Airport can be arranged. A booking form and rental agreement will be sent to you. Please return both signed and dated with your booking deposit of 25% within 7 working days so we can reserve your dates. The balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to departure date. A refundable deposit of £150 is also required at the time of final balance to cover any damage or breakages during the rental period and to ensure that the property is looked after. The refundable deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). We accept payments by cheque, bank transfer, PayPal in GBP/Euros.
