This Two bedroom one bathroom first floor apartment is the ideal location for your holiday in Kato Paphos, with it being so close to all amenities, beach bars and restaurants a car is not a necessity here, just a sun hat and sandals. There is a DVD player so if you want to watch your favourite movies just bring them with you, there is a flat screen TV with satellite channels and a large balcony were you can sit eating your breakfast croissants fresh from the bakery or watch the sun set over the Mediterranean whist sipping your sundowner.
• Air-conditioning is included in the weekly price. Welcome pack (milk water bread and butter) included in the price. Our Manager Debra will arrange with you a meet and greet day after arrival to answer any questions you may have regarding the Apartment or area you may have.
• The apartment is on one level, but there are stairs up to the first floor so not recommended for people who struggle with steps.
• There is a large balcony off the lounge and double room here you will find a large patio table and six chairs there are sun loungers provided by the pool.
• In the winter months when Cyprus as its own snow it boasts its very own Sky centre, you can also go here in the summer months to get away from the heat as it is a pleasant 10 degree cooler. 2 hr drive.

Activities
The harbour area is a 20 minute walk but there is a bus stop on the main road and costs 1 Euro for as many stops as you like! Rumble Tums is also a two minute walk and here you will get traditional English food if that’s what you like, Cypriot restaurants are a little further down the road where you will get Kelfefitco, Souvla, and many traditional Cypriot dishes, also for entertainment they have quiz nights, bingo karaoke etc. I am sure you will find what ever you are looking for with out going to far from home!
There are ATM machines along the tomb of the kings road, currency exchange is available in the harbour area.
