Vacation Rental Description
Situated on the top floor with easy access by lift, the apartment provides comfortable holiday accomodation for couples and families.

The entrance opens into a large open plan lounge, dining & kitchen area, which has double access through two patio doors onto the large balcony, which is partly covered and equipped for dining.

The lounge area has 2 comfortable leather settees, coffee tables, and satellite TV (receiving English channels) and DVD/CD player. The dining area has an oak table & 4 leather chairs. The livng area has two patio doors which open onto the spacious furnished balcony, which is partially covered.

The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with Miele appliances, including ceramic hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and also includes toaster, kitchen utensils etc.

The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room, fitted wardrobes and superking bed (6ft wide). The second bedroom has fitted wardrobes and twin beds. Patio doors from both bedrooms open onto furnished balconies.

There is a separate bathroom that has a bath with a shower, wash basin and toilet making our apartment ideal for two couples or a small family.

WiFi can be accessed via CityCell for a weekly fee paid locally.

An ideal top floor apartment, with the three balconies offering the choice of sun or shade or a quiet moment if sharing with friends and that little bit of extra space and comfort.

The three kidney shaped pools connected by a decorative river are set in landscaped gardens, which include children's play equipment and a bowling green. The site gym includes an indoor jacuzzi and sauna

The small complex is located in a quiet area within walking distance of all amenities, including banks, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, and traditional tavernas. Approx a 20 minute walk away you will find Kato Paphos, where a beach, bars, restaurants a vibrant night life can be found. Paphos Harbour, Old Town, and archaeological sites, such as Tomb of The Kings can also be reached in a 30 minute walk.

There is a bus route one block away bus route or the main road bus route is two blocks away from the complex for those wishing to explore the island. Buses are cheap and provide a regular service.

Children will enjoy a visit The Paphos Bird and Animal Park, which is set in a beautiful and panoramic 100,000sq.metres of landscaped natural vegetation that overlooks the Agios Georgios area of Peyia.

Take a short drive to the Akamas Peninsula for Wild Life viewing and walking. Take a day trip to Northern Cyprus. Trek the Troodos Mountains or Ski in winter, or book a downhill cyclng experience.

Attend one of the Art or Folk Dancing & Music Festivals or visit the ballet or theatre.

There are three top class golf courses in the Paphos area within a 20-30 minute drive

Visit a winery for a tasting or chill out on the balcony with a glass of wine or a Keo beer.

  • Travel Info: Paphos International Airport is approximately 15 kilometres, a 20 minute drive. Car hire is not essential as Taxi or local pickup from the airport can be arranged. If a car is preferred then most major hire firms are available. Larnaco Airport is approximately 1.5 hours drive from Paphos and a hire car would be required. Full directions and a map will be provided at time of booking

A deposit of 25% of the full rental price is required to secure a booking and is non-refundable. Final payment is required four weeks prior to your arrival and is non-refundable. A security deposit of £150 is required against damage and breakages, which is refunded after your departure. Payment can be made by credit card payments through Paypal, on-line bank transfers and cheques (10 working days to clear). Our apartment is serviced by a local company and is cleaned and checked prior to your arrival. Additional cleaning and laundry requirements can be arranged on request. Welcome pack (basic food provision) available on request-price on application

Who are we?

We are a retired IT Manager and Headteacher, who enjoy travelling to new places and wanted to have a couple of bases we could enjoy. We had been to Florida, several times to Fort Myers and enjoyed it so much, we chose to buy a home there. We realise that other folks also enjoy the area, judging from our repeat bookings. We visit our home once a year to check everything is OK and it is managed by Universal Vacations, who also manage the Fort Myers homes in the Virgin brochure

Recently we have also bought an apartment in Paphos, Cyprus. We choose Cyprus because of the yearly temperatures, the friendly Cypriot people and it was a place we could retire to later. Our apartment is managed by AWC in our absence.

We do not have unlimited resources, so to keep our homes abroad we have to share them with other people. We try to keep our homes clean, comfortable and reasonably priced, so others can enjoy them too.
