This new fully air conditioned ground floor apartment is in a small exclusive development in a prime location, just a 20 minute drive from Paphos airport. Google Map Ref: 34.770209,32.408337 The apartment comprises: a lounge/living area which includes TV, DVD Player and metal action double sofabed. There is a fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine etc. 1 bedroom with double bed and bathroom with bath & shower. There are large verandas to the front and rear of the property. It has a view of the pool, gardens and sea view. The complex also includes a private large underground car park where you can also find the Jacuzzi, sauna and shower rooms. The beach, shops and restaurants are all just a 5 mins walk away.

    • Accessibility The apartment is located on the ground floor with easy access to the front and access to the rear via sliding patio doors. Outside The property has 2 verandas and is in a corner position. Sun loungers and parasol are available for residents and guests around the pool and there are lovely landscaped areas. Coast/Beach 5 minutes walk to coast and beaches where you can find watersports, eating and drinking facilities. Aphrodite water park is a 15 mins car ride away and is a fantastic day out.

    There are 3 world-class courses within a 20 mins drive of the apartment: Secret Valley, Tsada & Aphrodite Hills.
    SECRET VALLEY GC is an 18-hole championship standard course. Yardage:6120 (Par 72).
    TSADA GC. Holes: 18 (designed in 2 loops of 9) Championship standard. Yardage:6060-5091 (Par 72).
    APHRODITE HILLS GC. 18-hole Championship course,(Par 70-71) Handicap cert. required.
    SKIING
    Skiing is usually between January and March in the Troodos Mountains which are 1952m high at Mount Olympus, 1hrs drive from Paphos. A small resort with 4 ski lifts and several restaurant/cafes. Several cross country trails. Equipment can be rented.
    Special interest holidays
    There are several PADI diving schools in the Paphos area. There are some excellent walking trails in both the Troodos mountains and the Akamas Peninsula. The whole of Kato Paphos is a UNESCO world heritage site and offers fabulous mosaics, Roman ruins and the Tombs of the Kings.
